Group Therapy (Un. T.r.a.p)
Uncovering Trauma Through Resiliency and Perserverance. This 12-week therapeutic program is designed to guide individuals through a healing process, helping them uncover and address trauma while developing resilience and perseverance. Participants will explore the impact of trauma on their lives and learn how to cultivate emotional strength, self-awareness, and coping strategies to move forward in their healing journey.
Speaking Engagements
We aim to empower individuals through mental health awareness and support. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive and empowering environment for individuals through speaking engagements. We believe that mental health is a critical aspect of overall well-being and personal empowerment. Our mission is to inspire, motivate, and equip individuals with the tools needed to thrive.
