This 12-week therapeutic program is designed to guide individuals through a healing process, helping them uncover and address trauma while developing resilience and perseverance. Participants will explore the impact of trauma on their lives and learn how to cultivate emotional strength, self-awareness, and coping strategies to move forward in their healing journey.

By the end of the program, participants should have gained greater awareness of their trauma, a deeper understanding of how it impacts their lives, and the tools to build resiliency and perseverance. You will also have developed a personal toolkit of strategies for navigating future challenges and continuing your healing journey.
