Take The Stairs.

Taking the elevator or escalator is the easy, quick, and fast way to get to the next level. Sometimes, we have to take the stairs to appreciate coming out on top.”

Will you take the stairs or the escalator?

It’s so tempting to take the elevator. Who wants to embrace the sounds of your knee popping with every step you take? Okay. FOCUS. Why do we take the elevator rather than taking the stairs? Perspective. Taking the elevator you are likely to get to your destination much quicker, however, often times in the elevator are distractions. You run into other people, multiple stops on different floors, elevator music, and the elevator sign with the replacement of Cherie Berry. Here’s why you should take the stairs.

Take The Stairs Key Tips

  1. Minimize your distractions. When you are focused on an end goal, minimize your distractions. In order to minimize and limit your distractions, you have to understand what it is that can distract you from your journey and current path.

  2. Trust the process. Sometimes the lesson is in the process and not the outcome. In order to get to an outcome, you must go through a process. Trust the process, embrace it and don’t rush your way through the process.

  3. Taking the stairs may feel lonely. It’s more likely one will fall back on someone on the stairs than it is in an elevator. Your support system will always be behind you. You can’t get ahead by always looking back.

  4. Idk. I appreciate the stair master far greater than the treadmill. You don’t always have to run, just take a step forward.

  5. Are you taking the elevator or taking the stairs?
